Code stack H&M inc 50% off one item

H&M ummm!
I ordered three jumpers some time ago and the dates for delivery keep changing every time i look, it just went from 17th December to 28th December (these were order with codes - 50% off full priced items) so they either show stock they don't have or are not honouring the codes. I cancelled my order this morning.
Last time I use that site!

order still not here. My dd wanted the dress for school today
Its good getting a bargain but i'm not sure if its worth waiting so long to receive it.

Their service it pretty hit & miss. Also, quite often the sale prices are cheaper instore than online. So I only tend to order when glitches make the items a bargain & I'm not desperate to get them within the next month or so!

Probably the fault of the couriers who are swamped throughout December. Mine only arrived today after dispatch on 30/11 as well. With luck yours will arrive in the next day or two (too late I know but better late than never when its a bargain!)

according to H&M they can do as they please. I placed 2 separate orders....both free delivery using stacking codes....paid via my debit card....recieved both email confirmations separately confirming the prices I paid.

I checked my orders on H&M website....they had merged the 2 orders...added on delivery charges....and as the stacking codes were 50% off 1 item...the amount of the bills had increased....and this is what they actually debited my account.

Their carp CS reply was that they were doing me and them a favour by combining the order to save sending a courier twice!! They said the £5 off code was customer specific and I shouldnt have used it but they'd honour it on this occasion!! I refused and asked for them to amend it to 2 orders....despite endless conversations they still havent sorted it!!!

Unless the next H&M glitch is instore or free online, i wont use them again...far too much hassle for a blooming jumper...could've probably learned to knit one by now :rotfl:

I don't think the dispatched actually meets up with when it leaves the warehouse.

I've just got mine today. The courier who I know quite well looked swapped, not enough time to get everything out. He usually is in my area by 12 he delivered at 6.

3 top quality boys jeans for £25 delivered bargain. They are gorgeous.

I think the problems here...is people getting greedy and trying two orders. When they were warned if you did, they get merged.
