Code stack H&M inc 50% off one item

    For anyone who has placed more than one order on the same account then I would advise checking your account online.

    I placed a second order and, like others, was really chuffed when I had the 50% deduction and free delivery (£5 code didn't work). However when I checked my account they had merged the 2 orders and only given one 50% off so my 2 individual orders totalling around £38 had now increased to £58!! No email notification of what they'd done either. I managed to delete the item from the second order but wouldn't have known had I not checked :(

    Thanks for the warning! I was able to cancel the second order items too.
  • waited til first order dispatched, then placed a second no problem ! Did notice previously though that when I tried to do two consecutive orders got a message at the basket page saying they were going to merge outstanding orders so just waited a few days :T

    Gonna check this out now as I did wonder why I had free delivery!! I placed three orders!

    i have 2 accounts same name, one with yahoo.co.uk and one with hotmail.co.uk, and both orders have been merged. Can they do this?
