HI there,
I wonder if you guys could help or point me in the right direction.
I moved into a ground floor maisonette a couple of years ago and it has a conservatory with french doors. I started having trouble opening the doors so we had a builder come around and resolved the issue. It now appears that the other side of the conservatory frame is coming away from the wall and I’m worried about how bad this can get especially now it’s coming up to winter – I need it to be weatherproof.
I’m looking to sell the property next year so I want to make sure its sound before I do.
Trouble is, I’m not sure what companies can help take a look at this issue – most I’ve contacted won’t deal with the idea of subsidence.
The conservatory is out of guarantee and not under my insurance. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
