1. The Ecotricity prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over. Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. All entries must include a full UK postal address and telephone number to enter the prize draw.
3. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of RSPCA, their group companies or family members or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw or customers who, at the time of the Prize Draw, are supplied by Ecotricity are awaiting a supply start date or to whom Ecotricity are unable to provide the supply of mains electricity.
4. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. The prize winner will be notified by email/post.
6. The Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 20th December 2012. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The winner will be the first (name) chosen from a random draw of entries.
9. There will be no runners-up or runner-up prizes.
10. The winner will receive a credit on their Ecotricity bill up to the value of £635 over the 12 month period, there is no cash alternative.
11. The winner will be required to switch their electricity supplier to Ecotricity in order to receive the prize. If the winner is tied-in to an electricity contract with another supplier, Ecotricity will honour the competition prize for a maximum of 12 months after the competition closing date.

I think it's been moved to game over because you didn't give it the correct title. I think you need to amend your title so that it reads

E: 21/12 - Win your electricity paid for one year

Or whatever words you choose. The E: 21/12 is the really important bit though, that needs to go at the start for sorting!
