Gallery Plus Fee

A couple of days ago I listed about 20 items with a starting price of £1.99, and today realised that I had excluded some areas by mistake. I started to revise, and noticed that they all had Gallery Plus ticked at a cost of 95p each.

I'm sure I didn't tick this, but is there any point in unticking now as the fees are showing on my invoice ?
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

  • you can try emailing ebay as telling them that you didn't want this feature and didn't realise that the box was checked. i have managed to get my gallery fee back on a few occasions as i realised within a few hours of the listings going live not sure how it would work with it being a few days old though.

Its an Ebay glitch/scam - depending how you look at it. You won't have ticked it.

Ebay remembers your last preferences - so if you list in clothing - these boxes are ticked automatically - as they are free in clothing. But if you then list / relist in another category - they are automatically ticked - costing a fortune (one of mine was almost £6 ).

Thankfully i noticed while listing. The only way to remove it (at the time of listing) - is to remove your picture(s) and re-add them - unticking the gallery and picture pack boxes that come up with picture loader.

As for those already paid for - just try contacting ebay and say you defo did not tick them - they added themselves. They might help.
