Without recommending lenders, I can none the less mention the lenders who can CONSIDER those with adverse credit. They include;
+ Kensington
+ I Group
+ GE Money
+ MBS Lending
This is a money saving and information forum, not a broker lead generation service.
Be aware some brokers cannot wait for you to PM them and get to sell you thier wonderful insurances!0 -

Here he is...
So
a) which one of these lends at 90%?
b) why on Earth would the client need to use one of these lenders given the information provided?
It is a money saving site though, agreed.I am a Mortgage Broker

Skipton ?
I am not a mortgage advisor.
However as a current watcher of this forum, due to me "keeping an eye" on the mortgage situation, I can see that their are some very knowledgable mortgage profressionals on this board.
I think their input is mostly appreciated.
I understand they need to make a living and things aren't always black and white. The information they have access to, and the experience they have with various lenders is an extremely important part of the service they provide.
I have done a fair bit of research into mortgages in the past and there is a LOT of information out there. Lots that changes too. I would consider reasonable at understanding lending criteria for some lenders for MY cirumstances. All said, I would still strongly consider using one of these guys in the future.
I know it's difficult, possibly wrong for some of these guys to give open recommendations on an open forum. Some may argue it's unprofessional.
I do consider sometimes, without being fully aware of the facts of being a mortgage broker, that maybe some more simple cases could have a few options , or a simple choice out of which lenders could be best.
Maybe in these simple cases some "non recommendations" could be put forward?
Do please ignore skipton. I am sure it's not the best on offer.0 -
I appreciate all your suggestions & recommendations.
