If the original winner is not successfully contacted by midday on 3 December, an alternative winner may be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Delivery Information:
Delivery service couriers are UK MAIL. Trees will be delivered between 14 November and 14 December; within 10 days from date of order placement. The delivery service does not include un-packing or installation of your tree. Delivery within the U.K mainland, excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands. Delivery days Mon - Fri inclusive. Please notify us within 24 hrs if any problems arise regarding your delivery. If damage occurs in transit please retain packaging and item and let us know within two working days. We can arrange a refund or replacement. If you are not available to sign for your tree you will be left a card which you can arrange re-delivery directly with the courier.
