Watch out for offers from One4all - might not mean what you expect

I received this offer by email from One4all gift cards - as you can see below, it clearly states that it runs from "midnight Monday 26th November until midnight on Tuesday 27th November". When I tried to use it on Tuesday afternoon between 3 and 5pm, the code was refused. I've queried this and now I've got someone in Customer Services telling me that this isn't what it meant at all, and only applied during Monday. ...
I'd say the time period stated is pretty clear in including the time "until midnight on Tuesday". So One4all have put out misleading information, which evidently nobody there has checked, and then don't honour what they've said. Nice way of getting out of giving customers the discount you've advertised.

Arguably, if midnight on the 26th is the start of the day, then midnight on the 27th is as well.

So the offer ran from 00:00 26/11/2012 to 00:00 27/11/2012. So 15:00 27/11/2012 is outside that time period.

Sounds like they could have stated it a lot clearer, though.
