No such thing as normal tariff as there are about 13 regions of the country. Get your tariff details from their website or a previous invoice. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

hi. i have no idea of thr tarrif as i have no previous invoice and i am in the north west0

It would depend on how long a period the bill was for.
Some of their tariffs have a daily charge, some higher charges for the first units in quarter, they may have been price rises and/or decreases in the period.
Somewhere between £250 and £400 I guess; but look at their website.0 -

Do you know if you live in the Norweb or Manweb region? I'll be able to post your unit prices then.
Cardew - all of Powergen's domestic prices don't have daily standing charge (apart from prepayment) they all use the two tier pricing system.0 -

To give accurate figures, you will still need to know the period of the bill to apportion the tier1 and tier2charges also payment method and is there a dual fuel discount?0 -
i live in the norweb area of the north west. thank you0

Current unit prices (from 21/08/06)
First 900 kWh per year 17.93p, all remaining units 9.90p. These prices include VAT. You'd also get 3% dual fuel discount or 9% if you pay by monthly DD.
To work out how much your bill would come to you'd need to calculate how many days it covered. Also if it covers a period from before 21 August then you would need the prices before then and also a meter reading from that day.
EDIT: I think these are the new prices as of 30/04/07. I'll try to post your current ones tomorrow.0 -
First 900 kWh per year 18.02p(17.16p), all remaining units 9.95p(9.48p). Inc VAT (Ex VAT).
Let me know if you need anything else.0 -
