pet passeport...and rabies...how to get it

the cheapest? any tips. do i call around or are there any standard rates etc. thanks in advance.

Finding an infected dog and letting them bite you is probably the cheapest way to get rabies, I would imagine!
On a serious note, I would just phone your local vets and ask, I've done this and they're all more than happy to look up the cost and let you know over the phone. Prices vary nationwide so hard for anyone to give an accurate figure to you. You could look at places that do vaccination clinics at reduced prices but I'm not sure if they'd do the more unusual vaccinations like the rabies vaccine, or if they just do the standard yearly boosters/kennel cough, etc.0
