Going back next week on phased return, but grievances are not being upheld, although I have the evidence, so I have appealed twice, and they won't even interview witnesses.0

Think you need to get your story straight! You told us in a previous thread that your grievances were upheld. :huh:Going back next week on phased return, but grievances are not being upheld, although I have the evidence, so I have appealed twice, and they won't even interview witnesses.0 -

I would have thought very few solicitors will offer 'free' legal advice with regards to employment law, as moreoften than not it will be an hours wasted on their part.
Most will charge a fee - i paid £150+VAT for an hour with a solicitor who specialises in this area, however it was worth every penny.
In the first instance i'd try Citizens Advice.0 -
NAR, 3 of my grievances were upheld, its the other 9 that I am appealing.0

Bl00dy Heck 9 grievances being appealed :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
I have to say that if my workplace was as bad as that, there is no way I would remain. I would go out and get myself a temping job, Christmas job or something else, anything. It sounds like a very troubled situation to remain in. And I know that jobs are not easy to come by but really you have to ask yourself if you (and your employer) are happy with how it is at the moment.
If it is so bad, why don't you walk and then try and claim constructive dismissal. Then a tribunal could decide if it is you or your employer that is in the wrong here.
I can't see how with that much baggage (enough for 12 grievances) how you can still work there and your contract of employment is not beyond repair on all sides.
Edited to say have you thought about asking your employer if the Labour Relations Agency to get involved and mediate between you both?Jellynose0
