Paypals OWN mastercard? How do I get one?

From what I know it's a mastercard but there are visa ones too. What I was interested in is having a Paypal card and being able to directly access my Paypal account?

So if I am sent £300 I don't have to wait for it to withdraw to my bank I can use the card and wd. Also PP allow you to open up a second balance in Euro, since I go on holiday (euros) would I be able to use my card and wd from my euro balance without ANY messing with exchange rates.

I heard you need £600 in your PP for it to work.

I use my Paypal for buying stuff quite often. Although I am not an eBay seller I've received money into my PP from friends (money owed, etc). I believe I have a Personal account and would have to upgrade to a prem.

Its the Pay Pal Access Card your referring to. It is also has the 'touch' payment method built in.

It is ideal for using your pay pal funds. Not accepted at Pay@Pump petrol stations.

As far as l know you have to be invited by Pay Pal in order to obtain one. May be worth giving Pay Pal a call.

Remember its the 'ACCESS CARD' not to be confused with their Pre Paid MasterCard

Just to add, transfer from pay pal to bank accounts now are usually done within 2 hours

Thanks. PayWave is the touch payment - just seen advert looks good but I doubt I would need it.

As for the access card I have a personal account but I cannot find a way to upgrade to Prem (which I think would be wise anyway) unless I am prem but it'd say - when I click upgrade it ups to bussiness - shall I just opt for that since its free?

Then I can send off for the card

When I log into my paypal account, on the main page there is a banner to click to apply for the access card, not sure if it is account specific?

I had the banner, clicked it then was taken to a minimalist application page. The card itself followed in a week. I use it mainly to pay for postage at the counter when shipping goods, it keeps things simple!

If you don't see a banner, go to the Paypal site and look around the options.
