leaking washing machine draw

i have a tecnik intergrated washing machine when i pull the soap dispenser draw out water runs down the front of the appliance this does not happen all the time but happens frequently i have had this problem since the appliance was new i notice it more when i use the main wash program i have had an engineer out twice to the machine and he has modified the draw
has anybody got any ideas what is causing this and how to stop it happening

Hi,

It's probably just the drawer needing cleaned. Pay attention to the syphon at the back of the softener compartment as it will left off somehow and that's the most likely culprit.

The same happens to mine if i don't clean the draw on a weekly basis. I do have about 3 loads a day.So you might have to do it a lot less frequent.

thanks for the replies but it is a new machine and i have checked the draw and cleaned it all but it still happens.
