Gift Basket for 15/16 Year Old?

I'm making one of my best friends a gift basket for her secret santa present, the limit is £5-£10, but her birthday is just two weeks before secret santa, so I decided to spend more on her secret santa and make it a joint birthday present. For her birthday I'm making her a big framed collage of all our school times for her to keep when we leave school this summer - it didn't cost me anything, and doesn't give away that I am her secret santa!
Basically I have a £20 budget.
So far I've got her:
-Mini Body Shop Strawberry Body Lotion & Pink Grapefruit Shower Gel (40p)
-Big, knitted socks from Primark (£2)
-A box of Heroes (£3)
-Bodyshop purple eyeshadow (Free!)
-Blue glittery Nail Varnish (£2.50)
I think I'm going to get her The Notebook dvd, as we both love romantic films, and she hasn't got this one, I don't think she's seen it either. That's £3.69 on Amazon.
I've got about £8 left to spend after that. I don't have to spend it all, but I'd like to get her a few other bits and bobs too! I haven't got a particular theme, just bits and bobs that are quite girly and nice. I thought about clothes and shoes, but decided against them.
Does anyone have any ideas?

These are all lovely ideas.
However, as regards combining the birthday gift and the secret santa, my personal view it to keep them separate.
Her birthday is special.
Christmas is special.
Each should be celebrated separately.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

I know exactly what you mean. I was originally going to do a joint gift and give that soley for her secret santa, with the promise of a present coming on her birthday. However I decided against it as I wanted to celebrate her birthday seperately. Therefore I've made her a collage which is A2 in size, and it has over 150 photographs taken over the past 5 years! It's taken a great deal of time and effort, so hopefully she will appreciate it! I figured that because of that she will have something nice to open on her birthday, and then when she receives her secret santa gift it will be that little bit extra with it, due to the no expense from the birthday gift. (She doesn't know that though, I didn't have to pay for the frame as we had one that we bought ages ago but never used!).
Do you think that is different enough or not? I was going to split them, but then thought it was a bit less exciting to get half a gift basket than a whole one?!

The collage sounds fantastic. Give her that on her birthday by itself.
Put the secret santa stuff in a gift basket and give that when the swap is supposed to take place. Use a smaller gift basket, or box wrapped in Christmassy paper if the basket you have is much bigger than the amount of goodies you have. Or pad out the basket with shredded paper, or crumpled newspaper covered with tissue paper.
What about adding a nice piece of costume jewellery to the secret santa gifts? Owls seem to be the in thing at the moment. If I remember correctly, you are 15, so are unlikely to have an Amazon account. Could you Mom help out? If so, these are quite reasonably priced:

and

Both of the above items are from the same seller, so you only pay one lot of postage.
My niece (17) is into nail art pens this year.

Thanks so much for the ideas! I really appreciate it!

I managed to get a few more bits.. I've spent my budget now! So I'm happy with everything I got her!
