The prize consists of:3 tickets to the 2012 UEFA Champions League game featuring Manchester United and Cluj at Old Trafford on Wednesday 5th December, kick off 19:45 BST.
No travel, transfers, food, drink, insurance, telephone, expenses or any other extras are included in the prize. Travel arrangements to and from the game must be arranged by the winner.

we had already done this but what i find strange is it says
The winner of the competition will be notified by phone, by midday on Monday 3rd December. If any winner cannot be contacted within 5 hours, or is not able to accept the prize,
but there is nowhere to put phone number on entry ??
