Difficulty updating credit record

Hi I had an IVA completed in May 2012 but Tescos, Cabot Financial and Barclaycard are refusing to acknowledge it. I have mailed it to them twice, and then disputed my record with Callcredit. Callcredit have written to me to say that they cannot amend my record because these companies say money is still owing. What can I do?
Lloyd's has advised that it will only update my credit record to show Partially Settled, not Settled. What is the difference?
I also have CCJs and Callcredit will not amend these records without a Court Certificate of Satisfaction from the relevant courts. I have sent my IVA Completion Certificate which I'm told is legally binding, but Callcredit won't budge.
Please help - this is so frustrating.

Partial settlement is acceptable for a debt covered by an IVA.
CCJs can only be marked as satisfied if the court will record them as such. That then gets passed on to the registry trust and then the CRAs.
Unless the creditor agrees you may not have much luck getting the court to mark the CCJs as satisfied, as usually this can only be done if you actually do pay the CCJ IN FULL. May be wrth trying though.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
