Parking Ticket in Dewsbury

Happened just yesterday people to my aunty who'd popped out to get takeaway was only gone ten minutes got back to find a parking ticket . So I was just wondering if I should pay or it could be avoided many thanks for your responses in advance. I've linked a few screenshots to help.

Cannot see the screen shots - however if it was Council issued, then its a slam dunk. If a PPC, then await the flood of begging letters.

Ignore it if you are the RK of the vehicle they are in the bpa aos but their invoice is not enforceable.

Thanks for the replies I had to put a space in the link after the http as a new user it wouldn't let me post the links. My aunt is the registered keeper so I shall tell her to ignore it.

Yes tell her to ignore, if she gets worried drop the parking company an email stating you we're driving on that day, don't admit liability though. Once they are writing to you the cannot go back to your aunt if you ignore them.

You really should remove your personal details from the tickets and also the ticket number.

Is your aunty clued up enough to know that she - if she's the registered keeper? - will get debt collector letters that threaten Court, and she must ignore them? If not then you should write and say any old appeal (without mentioning here nor saying whether you were driving) that's what I would do - then YOU can ignore all the letters instead. Give the scumbags your address but a mis-spelling of your name and no admissions, no excuses, NO SIGNATURE (just a squiggle).

Just say 'I see that you placed this so-called 'ticket' on the car mentioned above. Explain why I should pay you this extortionate amount in a car park that you do not even own. Explain how your amount is arrived at and how you consider that any contract was formed, bearing in mind no signs were seen and no loss was suffered. Bad luck for you that clamping is now banned and membership of the BPA is just an expensive club for you. There will be more expense if you don't cancel this ridiculous ticket because I will require the POPLA verification code and will take the matter further.'

I parked my car in a car park with about 20 cars already parked there, the car park used the be a wheel clamping car park, I had a good look at the other cars and no other cars had a permit holders badge displayed in their windows so i assumed my car would be ok, I came back after 10 mins and i had a parking ticket from JD parking... I checked the other cars which were the same cars as 10 min before and they had no parking tickets... So why mine... So I rung the number on the ticket and spoke to lady who was a cow about it i tried to explain that no other cars had valid permit badges displayed and they never got parking tickets so why did mine.
Can some one help me with this issue please...

I would consider naming yourself as driver, your aunt does not really need this hassle .
You can still fight them just the same.
