Which? Car Survey 2013 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is free and is open to anyone who submits by 6th March 2013 (i) a completed survey about at least one car and (ii) the ‘General information about you’ section of the survey excluding those who receive points, prizes or monetary reward for completing the survey through a third party survey provider and all Which? employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with Which?.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. One winner will be chosen at random from all completed surveys received by the closing date. The prize is one year’s supply of fuel based on 12,000 miles at 30 miles per gallon (MPG) at an average cost of petrol from October 2011 to November 2012.
4. The winner will be informed by email or by telephone by 12th July 2013 using contact details supplied at the time of entry.
5. To claim the prize the winner must contact Which? within 14 days of receiving verbal or written confi rmation of the win to arrange receipt of the prize.
6. Which? takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
7. Which? reserves the right to publicly display the name and location of the winner in any Which? publication.
8. The winner’s details are available by emailing [EMAIL="which@which.co.uk"]which@which.co.uk[/EMAIL] quoting ‘Car survey prize draw winners 2013’.
9. Which? reserves the right to revise the closing date or extend the period for accepting entries.
10. The copyright in all completed surveys will belong to Which?.
11. The decision of Which? is fi nal and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If the prize is declined, unclaimed within 14 days or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then Which? may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives.
14. The promoter’s full name and address is: Which? Limited, 2 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 4DF.
15. All information on the survey detailing how to enter this draw forms part of these terms and conditions.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have understood and accepted the above terms and conditions.

I havn't done the survey yet so no idea how long it takes, but it states on first page it takes 15 minutes to complete..:o
