Birds Eye still do veggie fingers :D but veggie nuggets sound even better. Like that they are probably low carb enough for me to eat some too. Going to ASDA later this week to have a look that's excellent news :T

Hi Ed, thought you might like to know, there's a few Graze freebie codes posted on HotUKDeals if you're interested.

Scroll down a bit too as there's a few that appear to be still valid under a few that appear expired.

Incidentally, I read after our last discussion and found that low-carbohydrate diets are used to treat or prevent some chronic diseases and conditions including: cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure and diabetes, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Though such diets are sometimes ketogenic (i.e. they restrict carbohydrate intake sufficiently to cause ketosis).

I'm also not a phlebotomist so had to look up the other stuff you posted as well (blood tests). Something to do with diabetes, kidneys, etc.

Didn't get back to that discussion as my laptop took a funny turn and was off line for a month though I managed to sort it myself in the end. Just pressed F8. I didn't even think of doing that until then. Doh!!

    Enough said for now.

Anyway, hope you have a nice Christmas with your mum.
  • I'm also not keen on the idea of raw milk either I've been to Africa and quite a lot of the children and adults had previously had the disease brucellosis caused by drinking raw milk, they had huge 'holes' in their legs. I know a lot of people who swear by raw milk as most of my friends are either a)vegan natural foodie types or b) organic meat eating, raw milk drinking foodie types but tis not for me xx
