BT Credit Card changeover not working!

I spent over 33K on the BT credit card last year, without any mishap at all, when it was managed by MBNA. When BT gave the credit card up MBNA took over completely. Since then we have had several declines on the card. The last straw was for me to ask the last company why was it declined. They said it was an authorization issue. I contacted MBNA twice on this matter. Both operators where stubborn that it was not MBNA. None of the companies were requesting authorization. It seems to me what is happening is it doesn't get to the authorization stage as the card is rejected before that stage. Its not showing up on MBNA computers. So what you have is half witted people on the end of customer services saying its not us its you entering the number wrong. Well BT changed to MBNA then my card doesn't work, i spend 33K last year with no problems, common denominator in this issues MBNA....shocker, i cancelled my cards and went to barclaycard as IT WORKS. I suggest to anyone out their to vote with you feet ditch the card and move on, rant over..
