Just got a parcel back with a sticker saying not collected.
This was sent over three weeks ago and the buyer has never chased me.
What happens now and who pays?

If you can't get in touch with them, refund them all that they paid and resell the item.

I have contacted them and they have said it must have been a mistake and apologised. They then asked for it to be re sent.
The point is that if they'd contacted me sooner one of us cold have checked with the sorting office before it was sent back.0
