Can't find credit card account number for ppi reclaim

Hi All
I am trying to find an old credit card account number to find out if i had ppi on the account. I cancelled the card in 2010. I dont even know if I had ppi on this card but I want to find out as if I did I think i would be eligible for a refund.
I know the last 4 digits of the credit card number from my credit report, but I have no way of finding out the full number.
I have written to Halifax to request a comprehensive list of all insurance charges on the account, I included a cheque for £10, included the address that was linked to the account (along with all other previous addresses), current address and dates the account was opened and closed. They wrote to ask for my date of birth so I replied and provided this, along with all the other information above again, however they have replied to say:
"Unfortunately we still cannot locate your credit card account, have you possibly got the full account number, so we can process your request".
Any ideas on where i can find the full account number??? I have trawled through old bank statements etc but they are never listed in full. :mad:

If it isn't present on the SAR the you don't have much hope of finding it.

You aren't eligible for a refund either, you make a complaint that the product was missold, and you may or may not have your complaint upheld.
