Could anyone kindly advise me of a email address to enquire about fair rents? I have a house which is shared ownership but want to check that I am being charged a fair rent. Hope someone can help me. thanks.,

A fair rent is a statutory term which relates to rents for tenancies controlled by the Rent Act 1977, and are registered with the Rent Officer/VOA.
What are you enquiring about? Is it the level of rent that you are being charged for a shared ownership home then the Housing Act 1988 applies and information of use under the BMRA can be found here
