Unresponsive script message

I am starting to get an unresponsive script message, upon start up on Firefox which reads: chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:2020 and having googled the error, I am none the wiser as I cannot work out the reason.
Has anyone come across this error and can you shed any light.

Same problem. A Google search suggests (I'm not hopeful, it's being going on so long) that version 17.0 may be better. I've just upgraded - so we'll see!
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

What version of Firefox? What version of TabBrowser Add-on? Try disabling the TabBrowser Add-on or install the latest version.
How do I find out which versions I have?
