Bought an item on eBay location is uk but address is china

I bought this item 190699267800 but I'm confused the seller address s in China and item location is in uk is seller trying to avoid paying vat or tax because I don't want to pay any vat to tax when I get the item..

Yes this happens quite a lot. You won't pay tax, the seller is registered in China and the item is within the UK so will be sent to you from a UK address.

I think I might be a little more concerned about the amount of Negative & Neutral Feedback they have even though they have a 99.6% Feedback, but without reading each one how many of those are justified and how many issues were easily/quickly resolved.
