Hi
My bank has sent me an email with this deal on a credit card, seems really good as I want to move my overdraft and avoid interest fees.
Does anyone know what the (3.5% fee, min £5) is this to do with moving balances or purchases?
All help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

for every £1000 you transfer the fee will be £35(3.5%)0

You can't BT from an overdraft unless specifically stated. The card you've described sounds like balance transfers from credit cards only to me0

Wow thanks guys, I was hoping to transfer overdraft this isnt possible with credit cards then unless very specific I guess.
Thanks for your help
Do you know any cards you can transfer an overdraft or ways in doing it?0 -
How big is the overdraft?
How much is it costing you monthly?
How much have you reduced it by each month for the last 6 months?
MBNA is the most popular, but there are others...Do you know any cards you can transfer an overdraft

Get a 0% on purchases card and spend your way out of the overdraft. But be sure to have a plan in place to clear the debt before the 0% expiry or, as a last resort, BT the debt to another card.or ways in doing it?0 -

Thanks for response.
I have 2 one is £2500 with Natwest I use this as my account. Pay about £30ish a month interest. Ive slowly stareted to reduce it last 2 months.
Barclays £3000 but this is a graduate account and Im only getting interest on £1000 at the mo so £10is plus £7 for graduate additions account.
Im trying to do Natwest first.0 -

How did you manage this? Was it 0% on everything I dont quite understand?0 -
I have just got myself this card. You can do a money transfer to a bank account at the standard APR.
I am considering paying my overdraft by transferring from Natwest to my bank account, then paying off that amount on the Natwest card using my Barclaycard balance transfer (6.9%), then balance transferring that back to my Natwest card at 0%.
Obviously I will pay some fees but it may be worth it for me

Just pay for everything you can on a credit card and rather than pay it off in full, transfer the balance each month
Sorry if a bit slow. I'm new to this, so basically, I keep my salary in my bank account and buy everything with the credit card for the months payments are free and/or when overdraft is transferred?0
