Think I may have been scammed

Hi,

I sold a phone on ebay, but sent the wrong colour to the buyer. I agreed to swap it for the correct colour on receipt of the wrong phone.

However, the parcel arrived this morning and it was empty!

I have just emailed the seller to inform them, and they replied saying they are coming to my house tomorrow to pick up the correct phone. I have told them in no uncertain terms that I do not agree with this and that I think they are trying to scam me. What do I do if they do turn up?

Show them the empty box.. take pictures etc.. have you actually told them that the box is empty?

Tell them your phoning the police if they do as they are uninvited.

I have taken pictures etc and told them it was empty. Thanks lindseykim, thats exactly what i did tell them in my reply!

Do you know the weight of the parcel each way?

The weight should show on the postage stamp area or if not the price which would indicate the weight
