We recently installed and purchased the french doors frame from B and Q. We were hoping to install the Severn doors from B and Q but they do not have them anywhere in stock and cannot order online.

So I am considering the Newland doors from Wickes. Will they fit the B and Q frame?

Almost inevitably Wickes doors will not fit a B&Q frame if the frame and doors are usually supplied as a matched pair. That doesn't mean they can't be made to be with some adjustment.
These doors are allegedly in stock at both B&Q Warehouse Stores in New Malden and Croydon if you are in South London. But don't trust the webby. Actual stock on site very rarely matches what the website says (actually LoL the computer in store frequently gets it wrong too) with most of the sheds.
Your best bet is to contact your local B&Q store directly tomorrow and ask them to get a set in for you.
