Letting Agent's fees seem excessive

Moving flats and about to rent from a letting agency with a friend. Was renting privately so was a bit of a shock with the fees. Do these seem excessively high (this is in London):

First months Rent: £1600.00
Security Deposit: £2215.38
Tenancy Agreement: £330
Inventory and Check-in: £150.00
Referencing Fee: £150 (2 x £75)
Less: Good Faith Deposit Taken: £375.00
· £4070.38

    Bit OTT!

First months Rent: £1600.00 It's a high rent but depends on what/where etc
Security Deposit: £2215.38 low proportion. 1.5 times rent (£2400) or even 2 months rent (£3200) is common
Tenancy Agreement: £330 Expensive, & usually paid by landlord. Probobly LL is paying too and does not know!
Inventory and Check-in: £150.00 Often LL pays for check-in, tenant for check-out. Make sure you're not going to have to pay for both! And whether LL is also paying.......
    Referencing Fee: £150 (2 x £75) Fair. I've seen much worse
Less: Good Faith Deposit Taken: £375.00 High, but then it's a high rent property. Check the terms: Is it deducted from 1st months rent when you move in? Is it refundable? In what circumstances?
