Warning.. & Advice on interNet Scam BellaBrite

Like a fool, i saw an advert on facebook for a teeth whitening deal, where you only pay a small amount for the delivry cost £2.75 and £2.30
2 induvidual amounts as it is for 2 induvidual whitening kits

so any ways.. i noticed they took out the amount as agreed..and also 0.01p and also 0.04 pence.. in the same day, i thought ok.. this is not that bad.

and thought nothing more about it, untill my otherhalf spotted 2 amounts of £47.90 and £49.80 gone out yesterday??

i have cancelled my card just now - a visa debit card and a claims form is being sent out to me asap for the £100.00 or so, non agreed amount taken from me.
they are based in the USA and payment was taken out by a company called "Gravesham DIY" in the states

anyone have any advice as to what i can do.. or what i should do.
but this post is also to help anyone else in thinking they are getting a good deal.. as you will not get a good deal.

i have just read from the USA on google that others like me have fallen for the scam, and were offered a partial refund of about 60% if the products were returned as new condition in original packaging!! lol well i threw the boxes and packing away weeks ago.. and only kept the gel treatment and how to use guide.

simply avoid this company anyway you can.

any advice would be great, but my teeth are fab and white now... :D
but i am not happy with the theft of my £100. i am sure i will find other postings here shortly re this company and the scam they do

If you used the solution you were given I would book an appointment with a dentist ASAP and take the gel with you, as these scam companies can use ingrediants that can wreck tooth enamel.

After all, why use proper ingredients when your customers are likely to sue you anyway?

You have used the product so no comeback on the £100.
If you read the T/C. Its says the product is a TRIAL and that unless you return the TRIAL you get charged FULL price for the goods.

Still at least now you have cancelled. You can claim the future monthly debits back.

How can you claim payments that have yet to be made?

Because the OP has now cancelled. Should/when they debit again. They can simply call the bank and get the debits credited straight back into their account. :T
