I've set up a new user account (windows 7, Explorer 8) and now need to move all mu docs, files, favourates etc across from the old user account to the new.

What is the easiest/quickest way to do this?

(if interested, it the solution to the issue in this thread here).

Your old profile data will be in c:\users\<oldprofile>\, you'll see your documents, pictures, videos, favourites, desktop etc. which you can drag into your current profile which is c:\users\<newprofile>. It may tell you that access is required to get to the old profile as it's for a different user but if you click 'continue' or whatever option it gives to proceed it should give you access.
