£250 to spend with Vertbaudet Prize Draw Competition Rules:

1. Prize Draw Competition opens at 9am on Monday 26th November 2012 and closes at midnight on Sunday 2nd December 2012; is open only to entrants from the UK (including Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and BFPO Germany aged 18 years and over (excluding those involved in the competition, employees of Vertbaudet, its sister companies and their families).
2. Entry into the competition is free of charge and not linked to any obligation to purchase or request a catalogue, nor to any gift allocation scheme. Please remember that your picture and comments may be posted on our Facebook page / album with your Facebook name and profile picture and will be accessible to anyone viewing that page. A post might also be added to your wall.
3. There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive: £250 to spend with Vertbaudet UK. The £250 prize fund will be added to the customer's Vertbaudet Account. If the winner does not have a Vertbaudet Account, a cash account will be opened and can be closed once the prize money has been spent. The prize is non-transferable.
4. The competition fund outlined in Rule 3 can be used in conjunction with other promotions operated by Vertbaudet.
5. In order to validate their entry participants must become a fan of Vertbaudet on Facebook, enter their Name, email address, telephone number and clarify whether they are an existing Vertbaudet customer by the closing date of the competition, 12:00am (midnight) on Sunday 2nd December 2012.
6. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries arriving after the closing date.
7. Only one entry per person or household.
8. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries shortly after the closing date, 12:00am (midnight) on Sunday 2nd December 2012.
9. Vertbaudet may partially or totally alter, extend or cancel this competition.
10. By entering the competition you agree to your profile name, profile image and entry comments to be shown on Vertbaudet’s Facebook wall. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and postal town locations of all competition winners for advertising purposes (unless they renounce their prize).
11. The prize draw winner will be notified by Monday 10th December 2012.
12. The name of the winner can only be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Prize Draw Manager, Vertbaudet, 2 Holdsworth Street, Bradford, BD1 4AH, between 11th December 2012 and 11th January 2013.
13. A copy of these rules will be sent free of charge to anyone who makes a request in writing to the address above.
