I am having a dreadful time with first utility.there customer service is nonexstistent and I am dealing with the energy of com about them.they have taken money from our account without telling us and wish to charge us an extra £60 for not staying with them even though we had no tie in should have 30 day change of mind rights can anyone offer advice.?

How did they manage to take money from your account without telling you?
Don't forget Direct Debits are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, claims against which should be made direct to your bank.
How did you think you were going to pay them for their energy you used?
Never heard of the 30 day change of mind rights. Care to elaborate further please?0
