How do you manage that? There aren't many unique borrowers to choose from. I have an ABL ISA and have had to flexibly withdraw £4k because I'm at my limit for several of the connected borrowers.Fatbritabroad wrote: »ablrate ifisa (i withdraw periodically in this and repay as it's flexible) fully diversified between borrowers (not loans)
I use Kuflink, but I wouldn't take out an ISA because they don't allow Self Select loans to be held in them, and their black box offerings are IMHO quite poor. Was thinking either Kufflink or one of the property crowd funding sites like british pearl although I've considered property partner despite the lack of isa . What sites would people recommend I consider next and why
Likewise RS is not somewhere where I'd hold an ISA, but I'll lend at >6.4% in the 5 year market.
Did you never invest with MoneyThing?0 -

No I never invested with money thing yet I'll take a look0 -
It's currently suffering from not a lot of new loan flow at the moment, but should be ok if investing over a tax year.Fatbritabroad wrote: »No I never invested with money thing yet I'll take a look0 -
Is there a secondary market to invest in existing loans?0
-
Yes there is, but not much available right now (some property development loans only, which are out of favour everywhere). At the moment you can only trade at par, there are plans to allow discounts and eventually premiums, which should help a little. The SM is quite competitive - loan parts listed for sale are usually snapped up within seconds.Fatbritabroad wrote: »Is there a secondary market to invest in existing loans?0 -
Fatbritabroad and others you might consider this new offer from growth street which is very good imo. Not going to link it here but £2000 invested for a year gets a £200 bonus. No referral required (but referrals do generate an extra £200 bonus for the person doing the referring).
Masonic just had to say as I don't want to appear rude - I am not ignoring your posts in the bitcoin thread. You make good points which make for a proper discussion and you obviously have a genuine understanding of bitcoin but i should not even have posted in there in the first place. If there is one thing about MSE it is usually intelligent people can show extreme ignorance when that subject comes up and I cba flying in the face of it any more than I already have (not referring to you or your points).0 -

Thanks, I don't like to miss an opportunity to hoover up some free cash.fun4everyone wrote: »Fatbritabroad and others you might consider this new offer from growth street which is very good imo. That's ok, you'll probably see from the bipolar nature of my posts there that I don't have an axe to grind either way.Masonic just had to say as I don't want to appear rude - I am not ignoring your posts in the bitcoin thread. If it's any consolation I've stopped replying on that thread too so at least we agree on something :-)

I quite like the look of bond Mason but the lack of an isa makes it a non starter for me0
