Wilkinsons All Bulbs 50p!

Popped into my local Wilkinsons today and all their flowering and vegetable bulbs were 50p. They still had a good selection including some packs of mixed bulbs which were originally £6.

saw them in one small store in Sherwood, a suburb of Nottingham. You won't find the bigger stores having these reduced as their gardening stock was taken over with the Xmas stock. Thought I'd best let you guys know not to go out your way to find there wasn't anything available..

I have visited 2 larger stores, one in the centre of Bradford and one a little further out and both had a good selection for 50p. In both stores these were just inside / outside the entrance, despite there being no other gardening products in either store.

you have to hunt around or ask instore as the bulbs are pretty much on their own swamped by xmas xmas xmas

went to Ilkeston store and only a couple of narcissi, 10 pack crocus and some nectaroscordum (bought the latter) were left. there was the 50 pack of crocus at the 1st store which i wanted to buy in the first place and wished i hadn't dithered!

Thanks for letting us know. Popped in to local store today and got some onions, shallots, tulips and other flower bulbs.

When I took them to the till I half expected the usual shenanigans with discounted products at Wilkinsons where they often have to mark down manually after double checking the discount. However I had a very pleasant surprise in that they were all automatically marked down by 99% so were either 2p or 3p each!

In all 9 packs cost me 23p so a complete bargain. Some of the bulbs in the packs had rotted and others on shelf has sprouted beyond saving but plenty left to choose from. This was the Livingston store.

Popped in the Burnley store yesterday where they had some for 10p - there were plenty of shallots and onions left.
I got some tulips (black hero and carnival de nice), allium, muscari and nectaroscordum (I think is a lily). Between 8 and 15 bulbs per pack.
