refund mcol charge?

today i received an offer of 75% of my bank charges back (WOO HOO!) but this was after i had served a claim via MCOL and paid their £125 fee, if i cancel the claim will i get this refunded or have i lost the 125 pounds?

I am almost sure that you have lost it- you could always try negotiating with your bank to atleast get that money back ?0
