Annual gas safety.. anything else?

Ok so Im a bit lax at chasing up stuff, and I have just written to my landlady about an annual gas safety inspection/certificate thats 6 months overdue (didnt really think about it until recently), but while I am at it, is there anything else that is meant to be done annually like this that I need to get on the case about?

I know it should be her prob, not mine to have to chase her, but I prefer having a hands off landlord/lady, I prefer being left alone!:rotfl:

    Annually, no.

Have you got any repairs that need doing? Have you reported them in writing?

Inspections by the lanldord are entirely voluntary - but are a good opportunity to discuss repairs.

Have you paid a deposit? Is it registered and have you been given the prescribed information?

Thanks for the reply, I have a deposit and it is protected and I have the certificate thing. I have reported a repair in my letter (thought I would take the opportunity while I was writing lol), so thats all good. Cheers for the help! :)
