I have recently received a parking enforcement ticket from apoca while parking on wolverhamptons newcross hospitail, Hes my story as a disabled drive i parked in a disabled bay displaying my blue badge on return to the car i noticed the parking fine £35, i contacted them to be told disabled badge holders have to pay and display, i protested that there were no signs stating the changes to be told all signs had been amend and displayed, Help should i pay the fine or ignore it, some people are saying on some of the sites apcoa have no legal rights to issue parking tickets on private car parks. does any one no if this is true

Yes, everyone on this site knows it is true.
And if you spent a few minutes searching all the topics on here you'd come to the same conclusion.
And you will also be told to stop calling it a 'FINE' because it is not one. It is not enforceable and you do not owe anyone any money at all.
And you will also be told that the Blue Badge scheme doesn't apply on private land.
You will be sent a few letters designed to intimidate you and scare you into paying, but again they are just empty threats.
Ignore everything sent to you and eventually they will go away.0
