New Build Issue - compensation?

I purchased a new build property back in July and have had constant problems.

The biggest one lately is a fitting wasn't put on properly under the bath so the water has came through our walls and damaged our kitchen, hall and downstairs bathroom. The flooring was meant to be replaced last week and still no one has been out.
Everyday I am being told " this afternoon someone will be out"

There has been an ongoing list of house problems which I wont bore you with but it has involved me taking a lot of time out of work to let plumbers, joiners etc into the house. The site builder have a spare key but certain people won't go in the house without me present.

It was ok within the first month just making up the time at work but my work have had to start deducting my hours that I have taken off.
This has resulted in me losing £250 of my Christmas bonus also.
My work understand why I need to get away and I understand why they have had to do this. My issue is with the home builder.

Our complaints have become so often I now have the customer services manager coming over to visit me tomorrow night.
I am entitled to any compensation or should I not even mention this tomorrow night?

Many people have suggested I go to the paper as the problems I am having are happening all over the development but I am worried this would drag up issues I don't want to deal with.

I had exactly the same issue. Went on for 2 years. I wrote to builders loads, demanded compo but never got any.Good luck but buying a new build always carries this risk.
You have to keep pushing the builders to get the work done.
