All banks are defending, is this true?

  • I strongly suspect they refund customers more quickly if they have a higher lifetime value to their business - so to not risk losing them as customers - it makes commercial sense - this whole thing is basically a damage limitation exercise.

    I was talking to the clerk while doing it and she told me all the banks are now defending these claims...


    I might be wrong, but i really don't think that's the case...
