Stamps for posting ebay items

Hi All,
I sell a few regular items on ebay, nothing major but probably 8-10 items over a weekend and 4 or 5 during the week.
I have recently started buying stamps in bulk and sticking these on my parcels, firstly to save having to queue up at the post office but also it saves on the postage cost.
There are always stamps on auction on ebay, often these are used unfranked ones which I stay well clear of because of course these are not meant to be used again.
Looking only a new stamps I managed to buy some sheets of 100 2nd class for around £40 which are worth £50. My parcels mostly cost around £2.20 so it is easy to stick the right amount of postage on and I just write the amount and weight and '2PK SECOND CLASS PACKET 2PK' at the top of the jiffy.
Most recently I have found a company that will do any stamps at around 78% face value, they come as a mix of different ones i.e. books, part sheets, etc but are all usable.
They are called BB Stamps if anyone is interested, I am not connected with them in any way but thought you all might like to save over 20% on your postage cost!! (this is moneysavingexpert after all!)

As long as the value of the stamps add up to the value of the service that you wish to use. There should be no problem.0

Don't forget that people on certain benefits are able to get stamps at LAST YEARS prices.

Yes with 2nd being 50p and first 60p it is easy to make £2.20 with 2x 2nd and 2x 1st.
Occasionally if im not sure how much it will cost I just take a few stamps to the post office and stick it on their machine, check the weight, stick stamps on and put it in the bag. Kitchen scales can be handy too!
