just recieved a letter from knowhow offering to protect my tv for £57 for 4 years. I have never heard of them but now understand they are conected to currys (where we bought of tv).
We have also recieved a renewal certificate for D&G offering to protect our tv for 12months for £106.80.
I was wondering if anyone else is with knowhow and what are they like to deal with.
should I go with the knowhow offer or is it too good to be true?

Thank you

  • Know How are the extended warranty arm of Dixons Stores Group which trades as Currys, Dixons etc.

Their service and standards are fairly in line with the rest of the DSG proposition.

It is somewhat important to know that it is NOT a regulated product, DSG use a very complex offshore legal setup to avoid regulation by the FSA and thus avoid the FOS
  • perhaps I'll stick to what I know! thanks
