Atlantic final bill - they have changed my tarrif in final month
Hi guys
Just had my final bill from atlantic energy. I always used to be on their online no standing charge tarrif but in calculating my final balance they have changed my tarrif for the last month. I haven't asked them to do this but wondered if this was standard practice from them. The only reason I can think they would do it is because of the 13 month rebate applies to the tarrif but I see no point in changing it for that.
It isn't much of a difference in overall cost but I like to know why they would do it.
Thanks all

When the price increase happened, they also changed their tariffs to a standing charge tariff and stopped the two tier rates for electric.
They wrote to me explaining this fully about 6 weeks before in came in.0 -
Ah thanks for that gas4you. I did send them a message and still waiting for a reply. I don't recall having any letter explaining that so will see what they say0
