Parking ticket in a free car park :( Britannia parking!

Afternoon all!

Had a slight misshap earlyer it's my own flaut mind as my mid was in a different place, I parking in what is a free car park if you get a ticket from a machine, but completely forgot as I was on the phone and walk out off the car park! It wasn't until 20mins later I remembered and headed back to my car.

Surprise surprise was greeted by a parking ticket for £85!!!! It says on ticket it's reduced to £60 if payed within 21days. But on abit of paper that comes with the ticket it says it only reduced if payed within 14 days...

There is also no mention that they are part of BPA and no mention that you can appeal thru them.

Also it says on the ticket time from 12.50 to 12.58. I didn't actually get in the car park until 12.52.. But I don't know how you would prove that.

I find 60pound is abit harsh for a free car park!!!

So if anyone has any advice much would be greatful.

Thanks
Can upload a photo off ticket if needed.

Private parking company so ignore them and all their stupid letters. No need to upload the ticket photo - just look at the stickies to see what letters you'll get.
