If its visa non reciept in your timescales does not even require any paperwork from yourself..
At least thats the way we work them. Details taken over the phone. Refund in 2 to 3 days and then the retailer has 60 days to prove the delivery.
In fact if they can't prove deliver within 15 days of the debit... You win the case.:T

I can only count 6 telephone calls in your post. Each time you were only waiting for 10minutes. Did it really cost you 40 quid? This sounds incredibly high.
