Tomlin order - confidentiality clause

Hi,

I received a 100% + interest + all costs refund offer from Egg - the Tomlin order has a confidentiality clause in the schedule - obviously this is unacceptable and unenforcable as I wish to disclose the details on this website to help others - is the usual practice to just cross it out and return it?

If you sign it, it is enforceable, so yes, just cross it out, they are in no position to demand this.
