I'm not totally sure on the nature of your disability but I see you have problems with your hands.
I do to, I cannot handwrite at all some days, other days I can write about six or seven lines. I've always just submitted a covering letter with any application form and written the questions out in a Word document (questions in bold, answers in standard format, size 12, legible font). No employer has ever had a problem with that.
My current volunteer job is office-based and I just type everything, minutes I take via a Dictaphone and type up later. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

Of course there are ways around things and that is why I don't highlight all my problems at the application stage. If I did get a job then it will fall to the employer to sort out adjustments in the legal sense.:beer:0 -

Reasonable is a bit unclear as to what it means.
In a job where someone helped me to do lifting and some way of getting around my slow writing to allow me to minute task are hardly unreasonable to most people.:beer:0
