money back after switching supplier
Hi
not sure if I should start a new thread but looking for a bit of advice.
I recently switched my electricity supplier due to price hike but when we switched we were over £90 in credit with our old supplier. How do I best go about getting this money back as they are ignoring my emails.
Thanks

That final bill will normally indicate how any refund will be paid and when.
The suppliers complaint procedure will give alternative methods of contact other than email which is not very reliable is it?0 -
Thanks, will keep plugging away!0
