carphone warehouse rip offs

in september last year on mse i saw a message hailing cpw deal of sony ericsson t610 on bt mobile for 4.99 ea month £180 cash back at the end of the first 4 months plus 25 prints free from photobox.
in january when i had paid my 4 months i sent in my dd receipts to claim my cash back, i had no reply so then i phoned to be told that they hadnt received them and to phone back and speak to customer care persons i have phoned numerous times been given false names of the care team given phone numbers that either dont exist or its an answering machine i have also heard customer care sniggering at the other end of the phone after much perseverance i was told to send my receipts by signed delivery i also did this
now i am told that they cant find my web offer code deal on there system so in plain english i have had it ..no cash back up to now i have paid nearly 200 pounds for a phone i could have picked up for about 40 pounds from index eg.
i am hoping that martin can help me out with this one i have my own receipt which states sony ericsson t610 web bt mobile 100 which was issued by a sheetal kachhwaha at cpw base at wednesbury on the 19-09-2004.but i am now told she is no longer with the company after looking on the web i have seen numerous complaints about carphone warehouse eg=www. cliktocomplaints.co.uk.

Sorry to be awkward but are you sure you have the details correct of your offer? If you have a screen grab or written confirmation of the offer then try printing that off and taking it to trading standards.
There were several offers last year on T610s from CPW and E2save, some had cashback after month 3 and month 6, and some had cashback after month 6 and month 12.
However, I never saw any of the offers that required direct debit receipts, the offer I took up required me to send the appropriate bills in which I did via recorded delivery and have received all my cash backs as expected.
Try asking over at the telecoms board as someone there might have taken the identical offer and may have paperwork or a suggestion that might help.

i have only got my web page of the offer but it can also be seen on rpoints website when i mean direct debit receipts i mean four bills the same as you but i paid them through my direct debit which was set-up by cpw.the offer i had was finished on sept 30th 2004.0
