~Rumour that from Thursday till Sunday this week there will be 25% off all Pet Food and Accessories at Tesco in store and online...watch this space.

Darn it ... had decided not to spend the £4 off £40 MOC & went to C00P today!

Bloomin' typical!:o - don't get much pet stuff at SM as tends to be cheaper online anyway .... but may have to have a rethink .... ;)

~Aldi are running the £5 off a £35 spend again in this Thursday (Nov 29th) in the Daily Mirror.

mmmm might have to sneak out and get a paper but it would be next week before I could get to Al*di

Does anyone know how long the vouchers are usually valid for?

I'm just running in to spread hugs all round and say I cleared my debt today!!!!!!
Of course that also means I won't have a job as of saturday, but I did it!! I managed to clear all (but my student loan) my debt before my 30th.

Thanks to you all for your continued support, I shall make even more sure I come here to make those changes, do the small things that make it possible to change the habits - no way am I ever going to get into trouble again.

    Happy Tuesday all

Keeping everything crossed that you find a new job, that you love, very soon (also been made redundant before and it's scarey!)

  • Hi everyone!!

Really been slacking with MSE recently.

I started a new job a few weeks ago so have been really busy with training etc

Need to start posting again... setting little targets everyday really makes me think about what i'm spending each day.
    1. From next month I can earn a bonus at work (extra money that can go to the overdraft!!) so I've asked my boss for a coaching session today to make sure I can hit the targets every month. Boss was busy today but have rerarranged for tommorrow.
    2. Clear out purse- lots of vouchers etc and I have no idea what they're for or when they expire. Done!!
    3. Me and my sister always buy joint xmas presents for family so need to phone her later and work out what we've already got/still need to buy so we don't duplicate. Got home late so i'll phone her tomorrow.
    4. Check overdraft/credit card etc and Update MSE signature... have a feeling I might have spent a bit more since I last updated!! Didn't get round to this-must do tommorrow.
    5. Take lunch/snacks etc to work so I can avoid the cantine and vending machines. Done!!
Not a great day today... must do better tomorrow!!
    Credit Card: £2318.71
    Overdraft: £1101.00
    Personal Loan: £4963.41
    Total: £8383.12 :o
  • Good evening everyone. Very late posting from me but here goes

    Today I:-
Checked banks - child benefit paid
Transferred CB to bill payment account
Cancelled half day at work and worked on later than usual too
Queried OT for this weekend (looks promising)
Bought reduced priced crips for lunches (still in date too)
Packaged up eBay items that sold and others that will end over next few days that have bids too
Ironed all the clothes in the mountain
2x washes on at 30 with an extra spin before the TD
Got email back from news paper about my broken oven - they want more info
Found out my salary increases this payday (Friday) and its back dated to August plus I have OT so should be a nice wee surprise

Off to bed now. Night everyone x
